1. Who we are

Outpost DCF Corp. ("Outpost," "we") operates Outpost DCF at https://outpostdcf.com and app.outpostdcf.com. This policy describes what we collect, why, and the choices you have.

2. What we collect

• Account data — name and email, handled by our identity provider (Clerk) which manages sign-in and sessions on our behalf.
• Customer content — the valuation models you save and the documents you upload for processing. This is your data; we process it only to provide the Service.
• Billing data — handled by our payment processor (Stripe). We do not store card numbers.
• Operational data — logs, error reports, and basic usage telemetry needed to keep the Service reliable and secure.

3. What we deliberately do NOT do

• We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
• We do not use your models or documents to train machine-learning models.
• We do not store the AI-provider API key you supply for intake features — it is used in memory for your request and discarded.
• We do not run third-party advertising trackers on the Service.

4. How we use information

To operate, secure, and improve the Service; to provide support; to process payments; to communicate service notices; and to comply with law. Legal bases (where applicable): performance of contract, legitimate interests in running a secure service, and consent where required.

5. Service providers

We use a small set of infrastructure providers to run the Service — identity (Clerk), hosting and database (cloud infrastructure providers), content delivery and security (Cloudflare), payments (Stripe), error monitoring and uptime monitoring. Each processes data only as needed to provide its function. If you use AI intake, your chosen AI provider processes the document you submit under your own key and its own terms.

6. Retention

Account and customer content are retained while your account is active. After closure, you may export your models; we delete customer content on request, subject to backup rotation and legal requirements. Operational logs are retained on short rolling windows.

7. Security

Traffic is encrypted in transit; customer content rests in a managed, encrypted database with owner-scoped access controls enforced at the data layer. See our Security page for details. No method is 100% secure; report concerns to support@outpostdcf.com.

8. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., California or the EEA/UK), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact support@outpostdcf.com and we will honor applicable rights. We do not discriminate for exercising them.

9. Cookies

We use only the cookies necessary to operate the Service (authentication and session state). Our website analytics, if enabled, are cookieless.

10. Children

The Service is for business use and not directed to children under 16.

11. Changes

We will post updates here and, for material changes, notify you via the Service or email.
